Welcome back after our three-day weekend!
General Chemistry:
Today we graded the quizzes you took last Friday, discussed Cornell Notes, briefly reviewed density, and then started a density activity. Your assignment for tomorrow includes p. 67-70 in your binders (the problems are numbered 1-12... do them all!) and since this is a review topic, we will GRADE this assignment tomorrow as well as finish up the density activity.
AP Chemistry:
Today we graded the bonding quizzes you took last Friday and then started our discussion on Chapter 14 - Solutions. Please read/recap what we discussed today into your notes as well as prepare for tomorrow's discussion on Colligative Properties. Lab is Thursday. Lab from last week is due Friday. New Reaction Prediction is posted below.
The purpose of this site is two-fold: (1) keep parents and students informed of day-to-day activities of the classes I teach and (2) provide additional/advanced/current information about chemistry for your enjoyment.
Have some fun!
